Close, personal attention to detail drives every stage of any project undertaken.

When required, I regularly bring together project teams comprising specialist researchers with complimentary expertise.

All fieldwork is handled by IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme) registered suppliers, under close personal supervision.
Target  groups covered include consumers, business customers, trade suppliers, company staff and charity supporters.

I have worked as part of in-house Research Teams and directly with Marketing/Sales Teams to develop strategically focused research.

The main advantage offered over larger Research Agencies is in the level of senior, personal involvement - there are no personnel changes or inexperienced staff to worry about - you deal with the same point of contact from design to reporting stage and implementation support.
